I hate it I'm disabled and have multiple iPad holders, there are at least five in them My house is by far the worst Day I've had it for months and I've never been able to get it to work but why is it because in one of the joints where they're supposed to be B the rubber grommet in the knurled round part is they'll never get tight enough I can only imagine wondering if mine were somehow made without the spacer rubbers, they just have to be part of the missing part because no matter what I do I can't get it to stop spinning every minute you put your iPad on it, it spins simply stretches to the ground and points to the ground. As you can see from the picture, I tried every type of rubber I had on hand in each joint so they would NOT just spin aimlessly. I was able to get it to work on all the other joints except this one because all the other ball joints but it's kind of a checkered semicircle on each side, converge around the knob's knurled grip, I can't tighten it enough, the spacing is too big, because the grommet is missing I'll post a picture and try to isolate the problem area if I can. Rubber seal missing, send in if present
