Alternative to a belt
I like them better than a belt. But I will say that the metal piece on the back can start to hurt your skin if you on the heavy side as the metal back starts to dig into your skin. It doesn't leave a mark but it can be quite annoying to feel throughout the day. I suggest wearing a tank top and tucking it in. Also if you move it too much the button does come off sometimes but often enough for me to not to purchase this again.

- The buttons may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or dexterity
