Received quickly and earlier than expected so the service was excellent. I'm torn between whether this is a product rating or a seller rating, so I'm combining the two. LIKE: I liked the color. The first that goes well with my eyebrows. The round size and size allows you to cover a larger area with fewer strokes than a regular eyebrow pencil. I was excited to see those fibers showing them but nothing. GENERAL: Everything went well, and light strokes of light worked well for me until I got the tone right. If you press harder, the balls will stop. Just don't see the fibers. For an experiment, I tried it on my hand, and it's just a soft colored pencil. I like the color and was happy with the seller's service, so I still give it a decent overall rating. Maybe the heat in the mailbox did something to the fibers. I suggest keeping an eye on the postman and getting him out of the mailbox as soon as possible. This seems unfair to the seller as it is like a product review.
