Review on Taylor Digital Timer: Ultra Thin and Efficient for Kitchen Cooking by Brittany Reed

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A few important things are missing.

This timer works pretty well but there are a few things I don't like about it. First, it looks silvery on my computer screen. The description states "silver button accents" and does not specify the color of the timer. Okay, I guess it's my fault I shouldn't take it. But the optics and the color claim "silver" and the lack of a color designation deceive me. Second, magnets are terrible. There are 2 small magnets that are very weak. It often falls off my stainless steel grid. It stays on until you touch it, but you have to touch it to program the timer. Bad design. Older Taylor timers (even smaller ones) have larger and stronger magnets. So if you want a WHITE timer with silver buttons and don't need to use magnets, this timer will do. If not, try another one.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was
