The best thing about this program is that it can be used for any kind of business, whether you are looking to manage your own time or someone else's! I like how easy they make things with their templates - there isn't much customization needed beyond what comes in by default (and even then we've been able to customize).

There aren’t many downsides either- everything works as expected when using an agency model vs managing my personal schedule myself which allows me more flexibility than ever before without having to worry too heavily over payroll taxes etc.. It has really helped us streamline our scheduling process while allowing employees some extra freedom during busy times so everyone knows exactly where/when work needs doing next week / month ahead :).
