This cradle is almost basic, but the vibration and portability make it a little better than the competition. Compared to simple ones, it has better height and is not too heavy. The vibration is a huge plus when baby is restless, my one month old son loves the vibration and it calms him down. However, my baby doesn't like music or lullabies yet, so it doesn't do much for my little guy. All in all this is a very good quality bassinet, ideal for bedside installation and potentially transferrable to other rooms. Honestly, it can go anywhere and fits perfectly. I put it in our office so we just take the baby with us when we go to work so it's perfect!
