What a great quality machine! I wanted the food dehydrator to make beef jerky because every time I kept trying to make it on my pit Boss the lowest temperature I could go down to was 190 which caused my meat to be either perfect consistency or extremely dried out depending on how thick I cut it.

Now that I have the dehydrator I can throw it on the pit Boss to give it some smoke flavor and then toss it in the dehydrator to complete the process! I've gone through about five batches of jerky with varying results on my pellet smoker but the last batch I used on this dehydrator and it came out absolutely perfect! I have yet to do any vegetables or fruits with it, but that wasn't the reason I wanted it anyways! It is small enough to fit on the counter top without taking too much space, and has plenty of racks inside to do a large batch of jerky! Temperature control is very accurate and the machine makes very very little noise! Already marinating more meat to make another batch! Absolutely recommend this product if you're looking for a quality dehydrator! 5 stars were certainly earned in my opinion!
