I ordered this for our office in February 2018 to display our customers' photos - people want to flip through it often when they visit. I was hesitant to purchase this album but decided the torn holes in the plastic pages were a temporary problem and a large album was needed for our purposes. Mine, however, arrived with almost every page torn, as other reviewers have described. Luckily my husband was able to tape them in place so they could be used. As we didn't have time to go back and order a new order, this helped! The album itself is a nice size and works well for our purpose. I would give 4 stars. I would just urge the manufacturer to check for any ripped holes and fix them as soon as possible.
