Received the item almost a month ago. The bricked portion of the power supply cord was missing. Revain contacted me with Samsung support who took my information, but two weeks later I found out that they never submitted a support ticket. Finally solved, but the ticket is still pending in Samsung support for almost 2 weeks. From above, Revain and Samsung are disappointed - this is more than uncomfortable, it's just indiscipline. Who forgets the power cord?
