I purchased this product and I was able to use it once before it died and would not recharge. I submitted a request to Sphero Tech support and I received sporadic emails throughout the day from the support tech instructing me to perform the same steps and asking the same questions. I called the Support Line to request further assistance and I was advised by the Sphero Rep to send the unit back to Revain for a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement because I was really interested in using the product as a teaching aide. I will update this review after I receive my replacement but I have to say Sphero's product support fell way short of expectations.
