The ability for me as an individual marketer or agency owner of my account in CM can see all aspects related campaigns from one place which makes it very useful! I also like that we have such great tools available at no cost unlike other platforms where you need subscriptions just so they will give your access free forever (which then costs money). There are some features missing but this could be because there isn't enough demand by users yet? Not sure if others feel differently though since its been out only 3 months now - maybe try using another service first before jumping ship completely?! We're solving problems around data collection/consolidation across multiple channels through better analytics & insights into ROI performance etc.
