I bought this product and the DVD player didn't work. I sent it back and asked for a replacement. They sent me a refurbished one that was worse than the first. It went off all the time and eventually wouldn't come on at all. The second lasted less than 12 hours. The first was returned within 24 hours. A piece of junk. Don't waste your time with this product. Very disappointed. By the way, they had to replace the first broken device with a new one. I've only had it one day and it was brand new. Why are you sending me a used refurbished device when I'm paying for a new device?
