I solder a little, build and repair electronics. I've always hated duct tape. It's a sticky, unruly mess. I always found heat shrink tubing more beautiful and professional. I recently needed a small piece of heat shrink tubing for 26 AWG and also about 1/2" to wrap around the microcontroller. This little kit caught my attention and it turned out to be very useful. The three smallest sizes I use actively, and a few medium sizes i use a lot of these too. i don't use some sizes at all but that's the nature of the full size range, you won't use all but you have every size you need. I like short pieces too.. I used to Always bought tubing in long coils and cut off lengths if needed I have found that I prefer working with these small tubing rods than long coils A case to separate each size is a bonus Much better than my old method of storing them all in one to pocket.This is a very convenient way to get heat shrink tubing.Maybe I can find someone who needs sizes I don't have I give them to can give.
