Very bad tape included
The device itself works but the tape that came with it is useless. I even cleaned the floor and block thoroughly before putting it down. It's ok at first, but after about 6 weeks of use it slips out of place and forms a sticky, gooey mass. Looks like I'll have to find some good quality double sided tape, clean the sticky crap off the floor and unit, and then put it back on the floor. I would also suggest using a heat gun to get the whole CURL out before you glue it.
