Unhappy with cases

Very disappointed. It says it's universal. I have a LG 10.1 inch tablet. It covers almost all of the side buttons, not to mention it's too big! It's not universal as they say, it doesn't work with tablets smaller than 12 or 13 inches. I had to put hair ties on my back to make it fit.
