Review on Glossy Oracal Vinyl Craft Cutters Scrapbooking & Stamping by Tara Ford

I'll start by saying I'm not very experienced with Oracal, I just bought a few different reels. This one feels different though, it took me longer to transfer - it seemed like it was trying to get the most out of its foundation. But maybe I got an old roll or was it stored too hot/cold? I know vinyl can 'expire', most of them have a working expiration date - and we won't know or be able to find that out as there is almost no production date on the brand list. with other Oracal vinyls I've used, no. It was also rolled up pretty tight so I had to cut the pieces and straighten them with a book for better use.
