Review on RUNMAXX Outdoor Sneakers: Men's Hiking and Women's πŸ‘Ÿ Fishing Aqua Water Shoes for Quick Drying, Ventilated Barefoot Experience by Jason Cho

AFFORDABLE AND DURABLE SOLE, THIN UPPER. RUN BIG.

Need something for a trip to Costa Rica. I wanted something I could walk into and get in the water so I only need to bring a pair of shoes. I'll be going in a few weeks so I'll update this review. At the moment they look quite suitable for this purpose. The upper is very light and thin. You can see your toes right through the shoes. A mosquito can easily bite through open holes. The outsole is quite durable. I didn't want the rocks and pebbles to go straight through the sole into the shoe. The bottom of the shoe is similar to regular running shoes or running shoes. I won't know anything about its wet performance until I go on a trip. I wear men's 9 all my life. This shoe is only available in size 8.5 or 9.5. I received both. 8.5 fits better. The 9.5 allows for too much foot movement, which I don't want in the wet. The sock box is quite large. What I don't like about the seller is that they have several completely different products on their list. One model doesn't even have drainage holes so can't even be considered an amphibious boot and should be on its own list. A buyer questioned this and the seller snuck off saying he wanted to offer "options". He probably wants to save money on the listing. Be careful which style you choose.

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Out of style
