Tilos Online Store Provided a Very Disappointing Buying Experience

My recent experience shopping at the Tilos online store left me feeling dissatisfied, and I work in the business of sports and outdoor recreation as a product manager. I found their website to be difficult to navigate, and the search function didn't always bring up the results I was looking for, despite the fact that they have a decent selection of equipment for water sports. In addition to being cumbersome and time-consuming, the checkout procedure consisted of multiple pages and inquiries that were superfluous. My purchase arrived much later than the date that was originally estimated for delivery, which was another source of my frustration with the service. In addition, the quality of the packaging was poor, and the products I ordered did not receive sufficient protection while in transit, which caused some of the items to become damaged. In conclusion, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the customer support because the responses to my questions were evasive and uninformative. In general, my time spent with Tilos left me feeling aggravated and unfulfilled. Tilos is not something that I would suggest to either my coworkers or my customers in my role as product manager.
