I do not recommend. Glue doesn't work in sub-zero temperatures.

In short: the sticker didn't last a single ride and my phone ended up on the street. Since I ride my bike all year round, I really wanted to like this mount. I've been a Lifeproof customer since I bought my first iPhone (4s). Your actions are unprecedented. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this product. Having recently bought an iPhone 6s, my 4s Lifeproof bike rack had to be retired. This mount has been solid from day one. It nestles perfectly against the body without wobbling. When the bike mount arrived last Friday, I followed the instructions to install the small "washer" that fits into the back of the 6s FRE Power case. It felt secure right away, but I wanted to give it a few days to fully bond before removing it from the bike (instructions say to wait 24 hours). Over the weekend I handled my phone with a puck on my back. At first I was afraid it would get in my pocket and be annoying, but I actually found it useful. This made it easier to hold the phone with one hand as I had room to grab the back of the case. On Sunday evening I got my bike ready for the ride to work on Monday (9 miles of paved roads and bike paths). I installed the ball head mount (which is similar to that used on the old 4 and 5 bike mounts) to the stem and placed the phone in the magnetic stand to test the mount. It held up well but with a little wobble. When Monday morning came, I went to work. When I left it was 24 degrees. For the first 7 miles or so the horse performed admirably. The shaking was imperceptible and I had no trouble reading the screen while driving. I haven't had any noise issues either. Everything went great. Until this happened. I was pulling onto a downtown Denver street about 40 minutes after exiting and hit a pothole trying to avoid a pedestrian on a bike lane. The whole phone flew off the cradle and landed on the street behind me. Luckily, the case protected the phone well, although the rubber on the corners had some new dents. The adhesive has completely lost its adhesion to the point where it almost doesn't feel tacky anymore and not even a trace remained on the back of the case. He just surfaced gently. I suspect the temperature was to blame. Adhesive materials usually lose their adhesion to the surface as the temperature drops. However, this is a Lifeproof product. It is designed for people who need phones, cases and accessories to work in tough environments. What good is a snowproof cell phone case if I can't use it with accessories when it's below zero? I understand the convenience of being able to use accessories even if you buy a new phone and case (you just have to add a new washer) but I would prefer a case specific mount like the old 4 and 5 mounts. For me it is worth buying a new one every few years if the work is reliable.
