The customer support team are always available to help you solve any of your queries regarding their products or services. They are very helpful and friendly, always willing to hear what new features they can add so as to make us feel more comfortable using their product/service! Nothing specific that I dislike about their products and service but there's nothing really outstanding either. It has been good experience with them thus far and have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend their products and services because it was great working with such an experienced organisation. We were looking for a solution to track our customers' spending activities online since we do not want to store all the credit card information ourselves. This was recommended by my colleague who uses this type of software before (same manufacturer).
