This is an adorable little backpack bag. Velor is shiny and smooth, but not very durable and scratches easily. The inside is loosely encased with extremely thin material: it is not difficult to pierce, tear or tear the outer or inner layer of this product. The bag itself is just like the photo, the design is just stunning with lots of details. It's very small, even by the standards of a mini backpack/handbag. The straps stretch just enough to fit a petite adult but overall I would recommend this product for teens/kids. There are no other strap options, it is worn strictly like a backpack. The interior is large enough for a small wallet or purse, a phone and other small accessories with an open pocket and a zippered pocket on opposite sides. None are deep enough for anything other than keys or items like lip balm, coins, money, etc. For the value and size, this makes a cute gift for a toddler or teen who doesn't need to carry a lot. Bought this to store my teenage meds and phone charger/earphones elsewhere during an overnight stay. It's great for small items that have room for a couple of very compact items. It's perfect for what we need it for and (on sale) a great deal for its quality and size.
