After trying many charging cables, I started looking for an alternative. I bought this cable because of the angle I hold my phone at when charging. The corner I'm writing about is where the cable bends as it exits the connector. That looks like a vulnerability. I was hoping that 90 degrees would solve this problem. Unfortunately there aren't any. Within 2 weeks the cable has failed and the phone will not charge. To be honest I'm not sure if the wire in the cable is broken or the connector itself is no longer making normal contact. Back to using the 6 foot cable that came with the phone
