Review on ⌚ Garmin Venu 2S Gray Smartwatch with Wi-Fi and NFC by Ada Sz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

The watch was taken for running. The design is beautiful, the screen is lovely, wallpaper-dials, messages come from vatsap and sms, i. E. like an analog of iwatch, but the battery lasts 5 times longer. In terms of functions, they are inferior to forerunner 945, Fenix 6 / 7s slightly - there are no maps inside (the jogging track in the watch is just a line in black, while in Garmin Connect you can draw your track on Google map and upload it to the watch, they will tell you where to turn and vibrate dots), no barometer or thermometer, sapphire glass. Synchronized with Strava profiles, etc. Lots of metrics - fitness age, stress, bodybattery, laps, pace, your records, Vo2 and more. Can track workout goals by pace limit and heart rate and report/buzz. Calories for strength training are simply calculated on a calculator (less than in fact). There's a lot more in the app on the phone. At first it seems that everything is not clear and the device was bought in vain, but having figured out everything is quite convenient. You can’t speak on them - this is only in the plus version. The GPS track in the watch counted less than 30 meters in comparison with the track in Strava in iPhone 13pro at a distance of 10 km. Once it was that the workout from the application was not loaded, it was cured by resetting the bluetooth errors in the application and turning off the VPN.

Pros
  • Quality item. They measure accurately and quickly the pulse, oxygen, accurate and nimble gps / glonass. Akum keeps days 5 incl. 3 hours of jogging with GPS (in economy mode there will be more)
Cons
  • Price😱 You can’t make a constantly active screen (lights up only when you wave your hand or tap your finger)
