Review on πŸͺ 10x15 Aqua Blue Farberware Ceramic Nonstick Bakeware: Nonstick Cookie Sheet/Baking Sheet by Sebastian Erik

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Ceramic coating is too brittle

Would give it five stars for the first 2-3 uses as it has an interesting texture that seems to allow the food to cook more evenly and the ceramic coating is easy to clean. .and no nasty Teflon chemicals! My friend and I are both very careful with things and have never used metal before. I also put thin cardboard between it and whatever it was stacked on so I wouldn't accidentally scratch it. Unfortunately, after repeated use, even wooden and plastic utensils began to scratch. And now even a sponge will remove the remnants of ceramics, and those places where it is scratched and the coating is missing actually begin to rust. I've bought some more expensive ceramic-coated brown cookie cutters (they're brown with white spots, like old camping paraphernalia) and they hold up much better. I would not buy this pan again.
