Because I am such a rabid supporter of Viennese waffles, I had been daydreaming for a very long time about purchasing an electric waffle iron. The decision was made to go with Kitford appliances since we have had a lot of success utilizing the induction cooker that this manufacturer makes over the past few years. I did not feel the least bit sorry about making the transaction. The apparatus completely lives up to the characteristics that were advertised, the finished waffles are of an exceptional flavor, and their preparation is uncomplicated and rapid. It's true that I didn't care much for the waffle iron recipe that was included in the passport, but I was able to find a different vinaigrette. Buying is something I highly encourage doing.
