I love how spacious it is and how many pockets this bag has. I ordered black and it has gold trim (zippers, etc.). The straps of the backpack are adjustable, which is very convenient. There are two front pockets (I use mine for lip balm, gum, sanitizer and hand cream, as well as stationery and paper) and a back pocket (a small wallet might fit - I put tissues in, I think it's meant for security) for a handbag, since it attaches on your back when you wear it as a backpack.) I wish the colorful strap was longer so it doubles as a crossbody bag, but you can use it to make it more like a crossbody bag if you have one didn't notice the deterioration that others have, but I only had it for a short time.
