I was a big fan of the Halo brand but not anymore. When I switched my cat's diet to Halo 7 months ago, I soon noticed that her coat was shinier and her stools were healthier. She also likes food. Got a £3 bag from Amazon last Sunday because the local Petco and Petsmart stores are all sold out. The next day I gave her food from a new bag, she was very sick all night, all she ate was food, water, bile. I took her to the vet to see if she had accidentally eaten a foreign object or something toxic. X-ray found nothing. I also remember that the penultimate bag, which I also received from Amazon, was a little different in color than the previous bag from petco. I fed her Halo for over 7 months only 12lbs but she never had a problem. I don't know if I got the wrong batch or if they changed the formula. I was planning to switch her food to Halo adult food soon, but I don't want to feed her Halo brand anymore. I don't want to hurt my cat. Also, I don't want to spend another $500 on x-rays.
