Okay, for $15 you're not getting the best or prettiest gear, although there is a quality control card in the box. The knurled screws are really poorly made, so 1 star is missing. EVERYTHING came in plastic, I'm not normally one to complain about the packaging but seriously everything came in a sealed bag then it was shrink wrapped, each gear set was individually wrapped. Dividers would prevent the screws from mixing up and the box is placed in a sealed bag so why shrink wrap. Not a bad buy for the price, but after seeing how poorly machined some of these screws are, I'd rather spend $40 and buy each individually, you'll get better quality and quantity. You can probably find a screw splitter box for around $5 as well.
