I like that it is easy to use and they have many features, such as managing multiple hotels or properties, with one account. If I had to choose, I would say the best part about this system is their customer support team; they are extremely helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I dislike about this product is the price point. It's not cheap (around $1500 per year). A bit much for what you get out of it. We have saved time by having everything in one place. This allows us to keep track of all our bookings with a single dashboard. I like that this software is very easy to use for my team of agents and I love how it tracks so much information about our clients. Sometimes it takes a while to load but sometimes it does not load at all and has to be reloaded. It is good to have everything in one place. I wish there was more options to customize the software to fit my needs. We are able to track so many different things with this software and it helps us keep track of our client's activities and their trips.
