Better than expected. Our girl is almost three years old and is growing out of her toddler size 7 shoes at the moment. I decided to purchase the 3-5T size. They’re just a touch long but not loose or sloppy and will have LOTS of growing room. They get even softer/fluffy feeling after washing. I’d say they’re a medium weight fabric. The grippies on the bottom are wonderful and prevent those crocodile tears from slipping on hard floors. Again, the base of the 3-5T size range is equivalent to a toddler 7/8 shoe size.
