I have VERY dry, frizzy, brittle hair. My hair absolutely hates damp, wet (rainy days) weather. I can't even comb my hair after washing. I rub a little into the ends before washing to prevent natural oil from washing out of my hair, then rub it into my hair a little after washing. You don't need much, the comb runs smoothly. I wear a ponytail so I'll add that as well. I also treat myself to an oil treatment once a week. Dampen your hair with oil, a plastic cap and wrap with a towel for a couple of hours. I washed my hair well after the balm. I still run my hair through a bit while it's wet. My hair is so unruly that I wear it in a ponytail. Twist it to keep it steady and smear it with some oil as well. Also keeps any flies away when I give the batter a little coat. (I told you my hair is crazy lol) I even use it on my dry skin, face, elbows and hands.
