Review on ✈️ Travel in Style with BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Travel Dryer, Blue! by Jamie Sanchez

I've owned probably three of these units over the years (previous models were red instead of blue) and I like their power and compactness. I've used one of these as my main hair dryer for the last ten years as it works great and fits in a drawer in my bathroom (regular hair dryers are too big for a drawer). When my last red BaByliss Travel Dryer finally gave up the ghost, I ordered this one. Unfortunately it didn't come with a concentrator attachment and I had already thrown away my old dryer so I couldn't easily swap out the nozzle. I first contacted Revain to see if I could get some advice and was told to contact the manufacturer. I called Conair (manufacturer of BaByliss products) on customer service number 800. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I finally got a real person. I gave her the product number and serial number of the hair dryer and was told that the product did not come with a concentrator attachment. I told her every other BaByliss street dryer I've owned had one, with a hub nozzle that was listed as a part in the instructions in the box and a picture of it in the manual. She offered to send it back to Revain but then I wouldn't have a hair dryer while waiting for a replacement. Conair's wife then said she would make an inquiry, wrote down my details and said to call back next week Wednesday or Thursday. So we wait. I will update this review when the issue is resolved.
