Kodak has released a nice compact photo printer that you can really benefit from once you understand its features. Don't believe all the bad reviews about this product. I have no experience with either. So let's get down to business. You need to know. At startup or when loading a new stack of paper. 1. Before loading paper, first clean the gray paper feed roller with contact cleaner and a cloth/paper towel. do it more often 2. Fan the paper before loading it into the paper tray. No more than 10 or so per cartridge. 3. Download and update the latest printer app for your phone. Mechanism. you will see that Slowly feed it back to the printer until printing is complete. It may be damaged during transportation. Now a few things that are just as good. 1. You cannot send an image directly to a printer via Bluetooth. You may ONLY use the app. If you try to say it failed. Use the app! 2. When setting up your print, to get the best quality, you need to edit the image a little each time. The image will be light unless you darken it a bit. Also, sharpen them a bit after darkening them to keep them looking crisp and clear.
