The clogs in the size 45 I ordered fit well for my size 44. The sole is thicker and the shoe is therefore higher overall than available shoes from other manufacturers. The material is rather inflexible and hard, the nubs in the sole can be clearly felt, the edge in the heel area is high - not a flattering foot. The bottom line is that this shoe is not that comfortable because the material is simply too inflexible, harder and tougher to roll off. That may be ok for gardening, but I find this clog unsuitable as a slipper.
