We love that it is easy to use, and that we can add our own team members. It also allows us to manage our clients and their projects in one place. The reporting tools are not as robust as we would like them to be. I wish there were more options to customize reports. There isn't much room for customization of reports. If you need a simple system to track your business, this might work for you. In less than two years, we've been able to streamline our processes and keep up with the growing demand for our services.
