Update 07/12/2021: I emailed the company and sent pictures of the broken part. They sent me a replacement and I installed it on the chair and after a week everything is fine. I'll probably try to get the shoulder screw and fix the broken rivet. Changing my rating to a 4 because the original part broke after 8 months and I'm over 100 pounds under the advertised weight limit. there is a rivet and rod that rotates the chair to one side, appears to be broken and now the chair is rocking and seems unstable. This is less than a year old. I love this chair! I'm not a gamer but working from home with a bad back this chair has made a world of difference for me. Good design, very comfortable for 8 hours sitting. The massage function is good. I use it multiple times a day and plug in a small portable USB charging stick that lasts for several days if used 4 or 5 times a day for 5-10 minutes.
