These containers are very well made and will last for years. And they are quite common in our household. We often freeze large batches of spaghetti sauce, soup and stew. I use the largest size for freezing large batches of cookies. For years I've used the smaller size as special freezer containers for batches of homemade raw food for our cats. Unlike some other brands, the lids will not warp or warp over time. To be fair, although I wash the containers in the dishwasher, I hand wash the lids. And what is very important to me, this product is made in the USA!
