I had nothing against this phone, it seems good. It just didn't work with my SIM card (AT&T) because ATT stopped 3G service in my area and I need to find another phone that works with ATT's 4G LTE bands. The product description on the seller's site said that it would work with the ATT network, however, after studying the device manual that came with it, I found that this was not the case (LTE bands 12 and 17 are not supported, but are suitable for the ATT -Network required 4G). I sent it back immediately, but later found that I had been charged a substantial restocking fee. So beware of buying from this seller, the service is poor and they lack honesty towards their customers.
