Although this is a sensitive skin product, my skin burned! I suspect some people have a reaction to cocamidopropyl betaine, an ingredient commonly found in "sensitive skin" products. I switched to Vanicream Facial Cleanser on my doctor's recommendation and I love it! I have never seen such a good cleaner. It removes makeup perfectly without having to wash it (even my eye makeup), has no odor or added fragrance, doesn't dry, and is affordable. If you're still reacting to "sensitive skin" products, it could be cocamidopropyl betaine.
