Between cheap and vinyl but works
I have used the following types of gloves:** Latex** Vinyl** Nitrile** Cheap Plastic These fall somewhere between cheap plastic and vinyl. To be honest I prefer clear vinyl for food handling. I find them easier to use. Although I wear medium gloves with most gloves, they were much thicker and tended to tear more easily. From excessive hand washing (they dry out and tear easily) they actually work. As a last resort I would take them again, but if I had a choice - pure vinyl.
