I purchased two of these mats in February 2021. A 24x39 and a 24x36. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the padding was deteriorating and coming apart in the dryer on the 24x39. I noticed in the reviews that several other people were reporting the same issue. I called their Customer Service number and was immediately connected to a representative. Evidently they had a problem with a batch of the foam backing material they use. The problem has been corrected. The rep asked me if I wanted a replacement or a full refund. I love the mats so I chose a replacement mat. Within a few hours I received a message that a replacement had been ordered for me and I received it in less than a week.
