Sturdy. Just a ticket to replacing the plastic grips that will wear out as the vent wears out or the mounting screw loosens. Great replacement for the stupid round pin. My only complaint is that the recess that the screw goes into gets smaller the deeper it gets. I don't let the heads of most standard 8-32 bolts hit the bottom of the hole. I rebored one, but then realized that it was quicker and easier to just sharpen the edge of the screw head a bit to reduce the diameter. Everything is quick and easy for me!
