Size 8 women = 7 children
They held up well in winter clothes. The look is not childish at all. I have women's shoes in size 8, I ordered children in size 7. I have room for thick socks, but my feet don't slip in them. They hit me below the ankle but they look smart it's ok and I guess that's because they were designed for kids. I plan to wear them all winter for runs around town when I don't need tall boots.
