I just had the chance to shop at the Ruxia online store, however I had a poor experience. They have a large selection of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, but the quality of their goods fell short of my expectations. It was unfortunate because the outfit I bought was of low quality and did not fit as I had hoped. The shoes I bought were of poor quality and had size problems as well. The jewelry I ordered moreover appeared poor and did not match the product pictures on the website. The quality of their customer service also let me down. When I contacted the team with my issues, they were dismissive and did not offer sufficient assistance. Finally, their return policy was difficult to understand and navigate. Dealing with the return process was tedious, which made me even more dissatisfied with the Ruxia online store. I couldn't endorse the Ruxia online store to anyone because of my bad overall buying experience. Despite offering a broad variety of products, they are an unreliable option for online shopping due to their subpar products, sluggish customer support, and unclear return policy.
