These replacement parts are much BETTER than the original fryers that come in the storage box. The one that came with the fryer has started to peel and rust. However, they are GREAT from Revain. It even wipes clean under hot running water. After that I wash it with Dawn dishwashing liquid (blue). I liked it so much I ordered 3 more and also invested in round Revain parchment paper to protect them on greasy riot days. I highly recommend using both a removable wire frame and precut parchment paper with holes.
