I was very happy with this filter. He was recommended by a friend who was a medical officer. Unfortunately, my happiness only lasted 3 months when the filter stopped working completely. The water started dripping under the filter tray and made a huge mess on the kitchen counter. Well we had no choice but to pay to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the customer service from this company and of course the poor quality of the product. Maybe we just got a bad one; Let's hope the new one will last at least more than 3 months.
