I bought these casters for my Bissell CrossWave 1785W canister and carpet vacuum. I just took one out of the box and started using it and the motor on the brush burned out! The pulley is too big for the belt to turn properly and as a result it has overheated and burned out the small motor. I didn't notice the problem because I've been using it on carpets and it wasn't until I smelled smoke that I realized there was a problem. Of course, the unit was out of warranty, so I ran out of my favorite floor cleaning system. Buyer warning! Only buy from your Bissell website or Walmart when units are sold out.
