After hearing wonderful things about ANAZOZ's selection of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I was excited to check out their online store because I am an avid shopper who does most of her shopping online. On the other hand, my interactions with the business left me feeling extremely let down. When I received my order, I observed that the clothing was of a poor quality, and I was disappointed. The materials that were used were of poor quality and easily broken, and the stitching in some areas was careless. The sneakers did not live up to my expectations in terms of comfort, and it was obvious that their construction was not intended to ensure their longevity. The necklace was the only item in my order that lived up to its billing price, but unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the subpar quality of the other things I purchased. When I tried to contact customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with responses that were both unhelpful and rude. This made the situation even more frustrating. In spite of the fact that it was obvious that the items were of poor quality, they declined to issue a refund or exchange for the products. In general, if you are searching for high-quality, fashionable clothing, shoes, and jewelry, I do not think the ANAZOZ online store is the best place to look. Even though they have a huge assortment, the quality of their products is simply not up to par with the claims made about them. In addition to that, they have terrible customer service, which merely rubs salt in the wound. You can get items of higher quality and better service elsewhere at a lower cost if you purchase elsewhere.
