Sturdy but lacks quality assurance
The scale is heavy. I haven't gotten one with a scratched face. When mine arrived one of the screws holding the dial was out of the hole. I removed the transparent face and tried to screw it back in, but the hole was too big for the screw. So I had to get a larger diameter screw and the problem was solved. I look forward to using the scale in the field.
