I like how easy it was to set up our new system for tracking inventory across multiple locations vs prior version of this software which we had used previously at another location (that ended). This has been an ongoing issue with us switching over systems as well but when you have such great customer service from someone who really understands your business needs then things seem much smoother! There are some features missing compared previous versions however they continue adding them all along so don't get too bummed out if something specific isn’t there yet - just keep checking back every once awhile until everything comes together perfectly again :) We use their cloud-based Inventory Management System within my organization internally instead using Excel spreadsheets or having separate spreadsheet programs per store/location etc..
